John Mclaren - I have just completed a series of 4 treatments for leg pain, stiffness and lack of mobility in the ankle. The treatment has been excellent from start to finish and I would recommend the practice to anyone. Mark was extremely thorough in the diagnosis, listened and gave me great motivation. Mark explained things very well, gave me exercises with very sensible instructions about what to do and what not to do, he measured progress made at each session and left me with ongoing exercises to manage the problem in future.
